FlowMason Software License Agreement

This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are proprietary and confidential. The Software is licensed, not sold.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement and payment of applicable fees, FlowMason grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the Software for your internal business purposes
  • Create pipelines and workflows using the Software
  • Use the VSCode extension and CLI tools provided with the Software

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
  • Use the Software to create a competing product
  • Share your license credentials with unauthorized users

Free Tier

The free tier of FlowMason is provided at no cost for individual developers and small teams. The free tier is subject to the same restrictions above. Commercial use beyond the free tier limits requires a paid license.

Ownership

FlowMason and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Your pipelines and data remain your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. FLOWMASON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOWMASON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
